Equipments
SLTM has advanced machining equipment and inspection instruments,such as South Korean DOOSON CNC horizontal machining center, Swiss Reishauer CNC gear forming grinding machine, and German AEH coordinate measuring machine CMM, ensuring all the spare parts machining accuracy and finished gearbox quality.
100% air-pressure inspection and 100% running inspection. Each finished gearbox must be running tested CW and CCW for one hour before painting to control oil leakage, temperature rise and noise.
The materials and spare parts are all high level configurations, such as gears made of 20CrMnTiH ; The housing is made of HT250 high-strength cast iron; The bearings are selected from China top brands such as HRB,LYC, ZWZ and Europe’s brand NSK,SKF,etc. ; The oil seal selected Taiwan brand NAK.
